Your appointment?
All treatment times are approximate and allow for dressing/undressing. To ensure that you and all our clients receive the best possible service, please ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment.

What if I need to change my appointment?
We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. Because your space is reserved for you, a 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. Clients may be billed or gift vouchers voided for all no-shows.

What to wear?
Choose comfortable clothing. All towels are provided for comfort and privacy.

When should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time to allow introductions, consultation and to change. If you're late, you're most likely going to cut into your own time, not the next person's. Arriving a few minutes early is better to unwind and relax.

Do I need a medical clearance?
It is your responsibility to gain medical clearance to participate. If you are male and over 40, female over 45, have not exercised for two years or more or have a current or recent illness or injury, then you should seek medical clearance to participate.

You should phone 0424 45 0424 or email Jason@getfittas.com.au to book a treatment in advance. If you are pregnant or have specific medical conditions, let us know. Feel free to ask any questions that you may have to put your mind at ease.
